ok got another one, not relaly insomnia but relevent to the whole seeing things that arent there thing; i was in a motel room bed with two other people and i remember having random dreams, but after i had finished' dreaming, i turned over in bed thinking i was awake and saw a man with a dog or wolf's head just standing there not moving i woke up in the morning to find my incredibly religious friend had slept on the floor with only a towel for a blanket, because i turned to her in the night and started talking about the man with a dog's head and she freaked out and thought i was possessed like literally, she was incredibly, incredibly religious.

Toro lover is an idiot. The staff is very knowledgeable as they are sueroundrd by glassblowers and glassblower owned. The toros are only marked up the standard double up that they cost wholesale. That's not to say that the owner didn't overpay as I know that he did. Toros are not easy to get on a wholesale status as they are overwhelmed with orders constantly. This shop is hands down the best bet in Portland/Gresham area if u want quality and variety. They also sell raw glass supplies 4 glassblowers, underground hip hop and are expanding to sno and skate shop. New skate park Is being built across the street as I type this and it's on the hwy26 that goes to Mt Hood. Stop in and see 4 yourself. Cheap American made production all the way up to heady collector pcs all made by American artists.

Loved the film - I've not seen it years but I did see it very recently. I think Bunuel is not only poking fun at the upper crust, but he is also enjoying himself immensely by depriving us of our expectations, or even more so - standing our expectations on their heads.

I mean who expects the Bishop to show up as a gardner. Who expects the Army, out in the field on maneuvers, to crash the dinner. The more times they tried to have that dinner, the more absurd the interruptions became.

Thanks for bringing this film to mind and for the great read.

That was my thought too. It was a clever movie, but perhaps because it's been copied so often (and perhaps better) now, it comes across as rather stale.

Like Psycho (which seems to be just one horror movie cliché after another) or Citizen Kane (flashbacks? Soooo original.) ;-)
